Week Seven of Counting the Omer

Week Seven starts sundown today, Thursday, May 14, as we look beyond the borders of our fellowship    ( United in Messiah) to pray for: Awakening and renewal in Scripture and the fullness of Jew/Gentile fellowship upon our children and their teachers throughout the whole Messianic Jewish, Christian and wider Jewish communities. Shavuot is coming in just one week, the season of the giving of our Torah, and anniversary of the outpouring of the Spirit after the resurrection of Messiah Yeshua. In light of these two foundational events, let's pray for awakening and renewal in the Spirit for our younger generations and their teachers throughout the Kingdom of our LORD. The festival of Shavu‘ot arrived, and the believers all gathered together in one place. Suddenly there came a sound from the sky like the roar of a violent wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then they saw what looked like tongues of fire, which separated and came to rest on each one of them. They were all filled with the Ruach HaKodesh and began to talk in different languages, as the Spirit enabled them to speak. ...
