Shalom, Shalom ! a quick pre-Shabbat Post/Share

Blessings Brethren !

Amid my 'temporary' health setback, I neglected to 'Share' this awesome post of a FREE Printable
OMER Counting Calendar. ' What a consoling result we find with each Hidden Treasure which speaks to deeper understanding of the ' Message Continuity ' in Adonai's Providential message
TIME-LINE . YES!  The more we survey His Word, the MORE we gain in terms of Adonai's
ORIGINAL intent for HIS Fullness and it's effect on His 'COMPLETE' Salvation Plan.
Tonight we enter the third week of Counting the Omer.
Our daily Scripture readings this week are from Nevi'im, the books of the Prophets. In Isaiah's prophecy the Lord declares, "Here is the sort of fast I want," and goes on to describe acts of compassion toward those in need. Today we can imagine him saying, "Here is the sort of omer-counting I want"—one that combines acts of compassion with our daily recitation of the omer blessing. Accordingly, as we count the omer we set aside a dollar each day for the Shavuot offering on Day 50. This offering will be shared with Chaim beShefa, providing humanitarian aid and support to the poorest and most vulnerable women in Israel.
Download our beautiful print-at-home Omer calendar to follow along with your family. As we count the days, set aside our offering, and meditate on the Scriptures below, may we have an open hand to those in need, reflecting God's open hand of mercy toward us.
Day 15: April 23/24
He raises the poor from the dust,
lifts up the needy from the trash pile;
he gives them a place with leaders
and assigns them seats of honor. – 1 Samuel 2:8

Day 16: April 24/25
Wash yourselves clean!
Get your evil deeds out of my sight!
Stop doing evil, learn to do good!
Seek justice, relieve the oppressed,
defend orphans, plead for the widow. – Isaiah 1:16–17

Day 17: April 25/26
The humble will again rejoice in Adonai
and the poor exult in the Holy One of Israel. – Isaiah 29:19

Day 18: April 26/27
Here is the sort of fast I want —
sharing your food with the hungry,
taking the homeless poor into your house,
clothing the naked when you see them,
fulfilling your duty to your kinsmen! – Isaiah 58:6a–7

Day 19: April 27/28
If you generously offer food to the hungry
and meet the needs of the person in trouble;
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your gloom become like noon. – Isaiah 58:10

Day 20: April 28/29
“He upheld the cause of the poor and the weak, so everything went well. Isn’t that what knowing me is all about?” says Adonai. – Jeremiah 22:16

Day 21: April 29/30
Then this message from Adonai came to Z’kharyah: “In the past Adonai-Tzva’ot said, ‘Administer true justice. Let everyone show mercy and compassion to his brother. Don’t oppress widows, orphans, foreigners or poor people. Don’t plot evil against each other.’” – Zechariah 7:8–10
