The Heart (לב)
"Leb" Strongs #3820
‘You shall not hate your
brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin
because of him. You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any
grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as
yourself: I am the Lord. – Leviticus 19:17-18
KJV
Anyone who claims to be in this light while
hating his brother is still in the dark. The person who keeps
loving his brother remains in the light, and there is nothing in him that could
make him trip. But the person who hates his
brother is in the dark — yes, he is walking in the dark, and he doesn’t know
where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes. - 1 John
