Passover Prep !

 Shalom Dear Friends !

Rosh Kodesh ( the 2 witness sighting of the new moon, and the Passover month of Aviv is seemingly affecting 'RESURRECTION WEEKEND'. Could Passover and Christians' (Resurrection Sunday) be affected enough that the days actually CONCUR ? Hmmm !    I am awaiting Rabbinic direction with regard to this and will post the answer by (tomorrow) along with PART 2 of this Pesach Prep topical post. SHALOM !

(John 2:13-15)  Reads: ..... 'Now the PASSOVER of the Jews was at hand, and Yeshua/Jesus went up to Jerusalem. And He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the moneychangers doing business. When He made a whip of cords, He drove them ALL out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers money and overturned tables.'

WHAT DO WE SEE ? ..... The search for leaven begins in His Father's House ! It was helping Abba clean His house b4 the days of Unleavened Bread !

(1 Peter 2:5)  Reads 'Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an Holy Priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to HaShem by YESHUA/JESUS, ... our Savior and Christ.

   THERE WAS LEAVEN IN THE CHURCH OF CORINTH ! ! !

(1 Corin. 1-2)   Reads "Know ye not that YE are a temple of G_d ?, and that the Spirit of Adonai dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of the Lord, him shall G_d destroy: for the temple of G_d is Holy, which temple ye are'.

(1Corin. 5:1-2)   Reads 'It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his fathers wife. And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that has done this deed might be taken away from among you. Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump ?'                ...........................  Hmmm !

(1Corin. 5:7-8)   Reads 'Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened (Matza). For indeed YESHUA our Savior our Passover, was sacrificed FOR US. THEREFORE LET US KEEP THE FEAST, not with old leaven, noir with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
