The culmination of the Lord's Omer Count is His

FEAST DAY of SHAVU'OT

(Pentecost / The Feast of Weeks)

Although it seems like just yesterday, four short years

ago we hosted a Multi-Church Pentecost/Shavu'ot celebration at the beautiful Foster's Clambake outdoor function facility here in York.

What a great time of multi-church, Jew/Gentile

fellowship in the Ruach Ha Kodesh/'Holy Spirit' we all experienced through Live Worship Music,

Pastoral Messages, and a Lawn Game

FAMIL-LYMPICS COMPETITION !

(to say nothing of the FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD component. This year we plan to augment the 

'Fellowship Pot-Luck' spread  with specialty Food Trucks.)

Although we've not yet secured an arrangement

with our very dear friends at Fosters,

we are amid plans with our brothers and sisters at

YORK BIBLE CHURCH, ADVENT CHRISTIAN CHURCH and

our Sister Congregation of SHA'AR HASHAMAYIM to

make this Event of Greater Church Unity a true

CELEBRATION of our LORD'S very

HOLY SPIRIT.

Psalm 67 for our OMER Count

Prayer for the enlargement of Christ's kingdom

Psalm 67 is a prayer for the enlargement of Christ's kingdom. It begins with a plea for God's mercy and blessing. The psalmist prays that God's face may shine upon us, so that His ways may be known on earth and His salvation among all nations. The psalmist also prays that the peoples may praise God and that the nations may be glad and sing for joy, for God rules the peoples with equity and guides the nations of the earth. 

67 God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.

2 That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.

3 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.

4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.
